The Company

United Hotel Management, LLC is a hotel management and hotel revenue management company based in Fayetteville, AR. The company's ongoing mission is to provide the highest quality hotel services available anywhere to our owners, team members, and guests on a a daily basis. Because we truly care about our employees and guests, we take a hands-on approach to managing hotels and to providing revenue management services. This means not leading from afar, but rather getting up close and personal to solve problems, interact with each and every employee, and become ambassadors of our hotels and our communities to our guests on a daily basis. Whether you are a guest, team member, or hotel owner, you have our word that no team in the industry will work harder to create a great hotel.

The Team

Tim Freeman, President

The founder and President of United Hotel Management, Tim Freeman, is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. He has worked as a hotel Director of Sales, General Manager, and just about every other position in the hotel at one time or another. After serving at the property level for many years, he worked for a hotel management company in Northwest Arkansas as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for a group of 5 Hilton and IHG branded hotels, before going to work at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) as an Area Manager for Holiday Inn Brands. Tim also taught Hotel Operations for a time at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC), and served on the Hospitality Advisory Board for the school. Tim oversees all operations and does hands-on revenue management services for UnitedHM clients, as well as revenue management and sales training classes at our client hotels. Tim founded UnitedHM in Little Rock in the Fall of 2012, before soon moving the company headquarters to Fayetteville, AR in the Spring of 2013.

Tim resides in Fayetteville and serves on the Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion Commission.
